| dc.description | ABSTRACT This research project entitled Evaluation of Financial Risk and its Impact on the Recovery of the Credit Portfolio of the COAC San Martín de Tisaleo Ltda., year 2018, was developed in order to verify how financial risk affects the portfolio of loans, which began with an interview applied to the manager and the loan boss, surveys directed to the accounting and loans area, in which the information collected allowed to demonstrate the risk faced if the portfolio is not recovered. The research study used documental and field information because of its quantitative and qualitative approach, the level of the research was descriptive in which the data collected was detailed and for the determination of the population, the area of management, accounting and credits were taken. The financial indices of liquidity, solvency, return on assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE) and payment default for the year 2017 and 2018 were applied, in which a rise in payment default from 0,92% to 1,10% was evidenced for which it has difficulties in recovering the credits, the COSO 2013 of the risk evaluation component was carried out in which it was determined that the personnel lacks information on the risk evaluations because it is not disseminated, difficulty in evaluating external changes, finally the process of granting and recovering the loan portfolio was verified, in which it was determined that there is no strict control of compliance with the loan manual. | dc.description.abstract | RESUMEN El presente proyecto de investigación titulado evaluación del riesgo financiero y su incidencia en la recuperación de la cartera de crédito de la COAC San Martín de Tisaleo Ltda. del año 2018, con la finalidad de verificar de qué manera afecta el riesgo financiero a la cartera de créditos, en la cual se inició con una entrevista aplicada al gerente y al jefe al créditos, encuestas dirigidas al área contable y créditos, donde se recopiló información que permitió evidenciar el riesgo que se enfrenta al no recuperar la cartera. El estudio de la investigación se utilizó información documental y de campo debido a su enfoque cuantitativo y cualitativo, el nivel de investigación fue descriptiva donde se detalló los datos recopilados y para la determinación de la población se tomó el área de gerencia, contable y créditos. Se aplicó los índices financieros de liquidez, solvencia, rentabilidad sobre los activos (ROA), rentabilidad sobre el patrimonio (ROE) y morosidad del año 2017 y 2018, donde se evidenció una subida en la morosidad del 0,92% al 1,10% por cual tiene dificultades al recuperar los créditos, se realizó el COSO 2013 del componente evaluación de riesgo donde se determinó que carece de información el personal sobre las evaluaciones de riesgo debido a que no es difundida, dificultad al evaluar los cambios externos, finalmente se verifico el proceso de otorgamiento y recuperación de la cartera de créditos donde se determinó que no existe un control estrictos al cumplimiento del manual de créditos. | es_ES |
