| Resumen : | Se ha investigado el procedimiento que se sigue en el departamento de Planificación del I. Municipio de Riobamba para la aprobación de proyectos estructurales, se basan en la ordenanza N° 00.2.99, en donde constan los requisitos generales para toda construcción y en lo que tiene que ver con edificaciones de más de 3 pisos exigen la presentación de memoria descriptiva y planos estructurales, pero no existe otro documento en el que se detallen requisitos específicos o al menos un proceso para revisarlos. |
