| Resumen : | Está investigación surge como respuesta al problema que se evidencia en centro de estimulación temprana y pre-natal “Baby City”, el cual se encuentra ubicado en el cantón Riobamba provincia de Chimborazo; el tema que se investigo es “El humanismo en Educación Inicial “del centro de estimulación temprana Baby City, de la ciudad de Riobamba, periodo 2022 , es realmente notorio el desconocimiento del humanismo en educación inicial por parte de docentes y padres de familia por lo cual se realizó el estudio con el objetivo de desarrollar acciones inmediatas para que sea de interés vital en la educación del niño tanto en el hogar como en el aula de clases. Para realizar esta investigación se planteó un objetivo general y dos objetivos específicos, este estudio se encuentra respaldado mediante el desarrollo de un marco teórico, esta investigación fue de tipo básica y de campo debido a que se ejecutó en el lugar de los hechos y existió contacto directo con los sujetos de estudio, el diseño de la investigación que se llevó a cabo fue no experimental en consideración que no se manipulo las variables en el estudio, el nivel de investigación es documental por consiguiente la información fue recolectada de diversos repositorios digitales , libros , revistas, entre otros . Se utilizaron dos técnicas de investigación la técnica de observación utilizando de instrumento una ficha de observación dirigida para los niños y la técnica de encuesta utilizando de instrumento una hoja de encuesta la cual se encontró dirigida para padres de familia y docentes permitiendo realizar un diagnóstico situacional de la realidad permitió determinar las primordiales causas del problema , en donde se logró analizar que tanto docentes y padres de familia deben conocer el humanismo en educación inicial de manera teórica y práctica e incluirlo en el proceso de educación de forma constante para obtener un excelente desarrollo integral en el niño y permitirle construir su identidad . |
| Descripción : | This research was developed as a response to the problem that was evident at "Baby City" early and prenatal stimulation center, located in Riobamba city, Chimborazo province; the topic investigated was "Humanism in Initial Education" at Baby City early stimulation center. The lack of knowledge of humanism in initial education by teachers and parents was notorious, for that reason, the study was carried out with the objective of developing immediate actions so that it is of vital interest in the education of children both at home and in the classroom. To carry out this research, a general objective and two specific objectives were proposed, furthermore, it was supported by the development of a theoretical framework, it was a basic and field investigation for the reason that was executed at the scene of the events and there was direct contact with the study subjects, the design of the research was non-experimental in consideration that the variables were not manipulated in the study, the level of research was documentary therefore the information was collected from various digital repositories, books , magazines, among others. Two research techniques were used: the observation using an observation form as an instrument directed at children; and the other technique was the survey using a sheet as an instrument aimed at parents and teachers; allowing a situational diagnosis of the reality allowed to determine the main causes of the problem, where it was possible to analyze that both teachers and parents should know humanism in initial education in a theoretical and practical way and include it in the process of education in a constant way to obtain an excellent integral development in children and allow them to build their identity. |
