| Resumen : | La siguiente investigación está orientada al estudio descriptivo - analítico del Museo Arqueológico de la parroquia Punín cantón Riobamba, provincia de Chimborazo para conservar el patrimonio cultural material de la provincia, el estudio elaborado está enfocado en realizar un levantamiento documental y analítico situacional del Museo, este realizado por intermedio de la participación de la población local, así como el inventario de las piezas arqueológicas depositas en esta institución, con el objetico principal de darse a conocer este patrimonio en el escopo de la valoración y fomento de la historia local y regional. En este estudio, las acciones investigativas tuvieron como premisa la realización de un levantamiento de campo del museo y de su acervo de cultura material arqueológica, la realización de encuentras y entrevistas a sujetos llaves para la comprensión de la relación de la populación local y estas manifestaciones, la recopilación de la historia del museo, que por fin, generaran propuestas para la recuperación de este espacio y finalmente el fomento de políticas públicas que puedan sustentar y apoyar la promoción turística de la parroquia, presentes en las conclusiones y recomendaciones finales. Por fin, esta investigación contiene generalidades, definición de Arqueología, Patrimonio, Políticas Públicas y el análisis de la contextualización histórica y ambiental del área de estudio, inventario de la cultura material arqueológica y ponderaciones relacionadas al trabajo cualitativo realizado junto a la población local. La técnica que se empleó es la observación de los objetos con su respectiva ficha existente en el museo, también mediante los testimonios como fuente de recolección de información que contribuya a la investigación con su respectivo instrumento que es la entrevista. Finalizando con la interpretación de las fichas estudiadas y representadas en el trabajo, con sus características y los aspectos históricos. |
| Descripción : | The following research is oriented to the descriptive - analytical study of the Archaeological Museum of the parish Punín canton Riobamba, province of Chimborazo to preserve the material cultural heritage of the province, the study prepared is focused on carrying out a documentary and analytical situational survey of the Museum, this carried out through the participation of the local population, as well as the inventory of the archaeological pieces deposited in this institution, with the main objective of making this heritage known in the area of the valuation and promotion of local and regional history. In this study, the research actions had as their premise the realization of a field survey of the museum and its collection of archaeological material culture, the realization of encounters and interviews with key subjects for the understanding of the relationship of the local population and these manifestations, the compilation of the history of the museum, which finally, generate proposals for the recovery of this space and finally the promotion of public policies that can sustain and support the tourism promotion of the parish, present in the final conclusions and recommendations. Finally, this research contains generalities, definition of Archaeology, Heritage, Public Policies and the analysis of the historical and environmental contextualization of the study area, inventory of the archaeological material culture and weightings related to the qualitative work carried out together with the local population. The technique that was used is the observation of the objects with their respective existing file in the museum, also through the testimonies as a source of information collection that contributes to the investigation with its respective instrument that is the interview. Ending with the interpretation of the files studied and represented in the work, with their characteristics and historical aspects.
