| dc.description | The present research consists in carrying out a "Critical Study of the Prioritized Curriculum for the teaching of history in the baccalaureate, during the Health Emergency of COVID-19" performing an analysis of the Prioritized Curriculum that is based on the National Curriculum of 2016, in order to achieve the following objectives; to identify the difficulties experienced by students and teachers in adapting to the virtual modality, to determine the theoretical references justifying the relevance of this new curriculum and to determine the current state and its level of effectiveness, for this reason information was collected through the application of surveys to high school students of the Captain Edmundo Chiriboga Educational Unit, through interviews with teachers and parents in order to know their perspective on the implementation of the Prioritized Curriculum and the virtual modality, the methodology used is exploratory sequential of the type of case report, as it is a novel subject of the descriptive and documentary style, guided by the mixed method that uses qualitative and quantitative information to generate new knowledge. This research showed that adapting to a new mode of teaching and learning has many implications for the actors of the Education System and that not all students are prepared for a change of this magnitude. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación consiste en realizar un “Estudio Crítico del Currículo Priorizado para la enseñanza de Historia, en el BGU, durante la Emergencia Sanitaria del COVID-19” realizando un análisis al Currículo Priorizado que tiene como base al Currículo Nacional de 2016, para lo cual se ha planteado cumplir los siguientes objetivos; identificar las dificultades que atravesaron los estudiantes y docentes al adaptarse a la modalidad virtual, determinar los referentes teóricos que justifican la pertinencia de este neo Currículo y determinar el estado actual y su nivel de eficacia, por consiguiente se recolecto información mediante la aplicación de encuestas a los estudiantes de la Unidad Educativa Cap. Edmundo Chiriboga del nivel de BGU en conjunto con entrevistas a los docentes y padres de familia con la finalidad de conocer su perspectiva ante la implementación del Currículo Priorizado y la modalidad virtual, la metodología aplicada según el diseño es exploratorio secuencial del tipo reporte de caso, ya que es un tema novedoso del tipo descriptivo y documental, orientada por el método mixto que utiliza información cualitativa y cuantitativa para generar un nuevo conocimiento, esta investigación demostró que la adaptación a una nueva modalidad de enseñanza aprendizaje conlleva muchas implicaciones para los actores del Sistema Educativo y que no todos los estudiantes están preparados para un cambio de esta magnitud. | es_ES |
