| dc.description | ABSTRACT: This research was developed in the form of a bibliographic review, with the objective of learning about the efficacy of dicutaneous fibrolysis in physiotherapeutic rehabilitation in musculoskeletal injuries, by means of a bibliographic compilation of worldwide repositories that have scientific quality and validity. Sixty-five scientific articles were analyzed worldwide and 34 of them met the criteria for the research. The databases that contributed scientific articles were pubMed, Scopus, PEDro, Elsevier, Dialnet and Cochrane. Diacutaneous fibrolysis is a non-invasive manual technique used to treat musculoskeletal injuries that produce pain and/or restriction of movement, requiring the use of a hook that allows working on certain anatomical structures inaccessible to the physical therapist's fingers. The procedure would be purely mechanical, freeing possible adhesions between muscles and aponeurosis and between muscle and bone. A factor to be highlighted in this technique is the rapidity of its results, and it is common to find relevant favorable effects from its first application. At the end of this bibliographic research it was found that diacutaneous fibrolysis is a safe and effective technique in the short and long term for the treatment of musculoskeletal injuries, having a beneficial effect on this pathology, especially when combined with other physiotherapy techniques during treatment. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | RESUMEN: Esta investigación se desarrolló con la modalidad de revisión bibliográfica, con el objetivo de conocer sobre la eficacia de la fibrólisis dicutánea en la rehabilitación fisioterapéutica en lesiones musculoesqueléticas, mediante la recopilación bibliográfica de repositorios mundiales que tengan calidad y validez científica. Se analizaron 65 artículos científicos a nivel mundial y de ellos 34 artículos cumplieron con los criterios para la investigación. Las bases de datos que aportaron con artículos científicos fueron pubMed, Scopus, PEDro, Elsevier, Dialnet y Cochrane. La fibrólisis diacutánea es una técnica manual no invasiva utilizada para tratar lesiones musculoesqueléticas que producen dolor y/o restricción del movimiento, requiere el uso de un gancho que permite trabajar sobre determinadas estructuras anatómicas inaccesibles para los dedos del fisioterapeuta. El procedimiento sería puramente mecánico liberando las posibles adherencias entre músculos y aponeurosis y, entre músculo y hueso. Un factor a destacar de esta técnica es la rapidez de sus resultados, siendo habitual encontrar efectos favorables relevantes desde su primera aplicación. Al finalizar esta investigación bibliográfica se obtuvo que la fibrólisis diacutánea es una técnica segura y eficaz a corto y a largo plazo para el tratamiento de lesiones musculoesqueléticas, teniendo un efecto beneficioso sobre esta patología, especialmente cuando se combina con otras técnicas de fisioterapia durante el tratamiento | es_ES |
