| Resumen : | La presente investigación titulada “ESTUDIO DEL PROCESO ORGANIZATIVO DE LA CORPORACIÓN DE ORGANIZACIONES CAMPESINAS INDÍGENAS DE FLORES (COCIF) CANTÓN RIOBAMBA-ECUADOR (1994-2020)”, se enfoca en la revisión de los acontecimientos, mediante historias de vida de las personas, fue una búsqueda y apreciación del testimonio que están inmersos en nuestra sociedad. A más de la COCIF, existen otras organizaciones que buscan el desarrollo y mejoramiento de la parroquia Flores y sus 27 comunidades, pero en esta investigación se ha evidenciado que las historias contadas por sus habitantes, testimonios de los dirigentes y líderes históricos que vivieron este proceso organizativo, sirven de ejemplo para las demás generaciones. Las estrategias aplicadas ayudaron a analizar el entorno para distinguir entre el compromiso de los lideres antiguos con el desinterés de la juventud actual, así como la deficiencia en sus funciones; lo cual ha permitido diferenciar que dirigentes actuales no buscan el interés colectivo sino un beneficio personal. De allí la importancia de estar unidos y la relevancia de contar con la organización. Con los resultados obtenidos se evidenció que aún se existen problemas por parte de los principales lideres que compartieron esa organización a administrar en ese tiempo y hasta lo actual de la población tratamos distinguir los resultados de estos instrumentos determino el problema que hay en el proceso y la falta de estudio; además se apareció el punto de vista de cada persona para fortalecer por el bien de sus comunidades y a la vez conocer diferentes estrategias para guiar en ella; a la vez aceptar uno de los comentarios y propuestas donde plantean de una manera cierta. |
| Descripción : | This research "Organizational Process Study of The Rural Indegenous Organizations in Flores Parish (COCIF) from Riobamba-Ecuador during (1994-2020)” was intended to collect information on facts background around organizational process into the rural communitarian organizations from this zone. In this aim, this research lays on the locals’ testimony as well as of the historic outstanding leaders who have been part in such organizational movements into this rural zone. In addition to the (COCIF), it has been rising other organizations looking for the development and improvement of Flores parish with its 27 communities, therefore, this study accounts for that the stories and testimonies told by the locals and leaders who has taken part in the organizational process have become a referent for the future generations. In the aim of this study, the methodology strategies used throughout the study in analyzing the social environment allowed to contrast the commitment existing between the former leaders and new ones, revealing not only the youth poor interest in committing in these community organization aim issues in pro of their community but also their poor performance on their functions, since they are not committed to the community social welfare but to their own, thus, we can conclude that the importance of have gotten such organization is on being unanimously committed to the community organization ideals. On the other hand, the study results reveals that the main persistent problems in the organizational process until today´s management involve the leaders lack of knowledge in managing process as well as the poor education of population participating in the process, in this regarding, the individuals’ point of view suggests it is necessary to know and adopt new strategies for the organizational process improvement and the community development taking account the real suggestions of locals. |
