| dc.description | Since ancient times, the State has been developing axes through which persons deprived of their liberty are allowed comprehensive rehabilitation within each center. With the promulgation of the Código Orgánico Integral Penal, strategic plans were contemplated for the faithful fulfillment of this sole purpose, which is to return to society rehabilitated human beings, who can live in society and contribute to it. For this reason, in this research project, the main aspects related to the axes of treatment of the Sistema Nacional de Rehabilitación Social, the rehabilitation and reintegration of people deprived of liberty, were analyzed. Chapter I is made up of the statement of the problem and justification, where the purpose of the research is established, which was to analyze whether the axes of treatment of the Sistema Nacional de Rehabilitación Social are mechanisms that guarantee the rehabilitation and reintegration of those deprived of freedom. Chapter II of the investigation contains the theoretical framework, in which the state of the art is developed, which are conclusions reached by different researchers with similar themes and theoretical aspects, which are comprised of three units; First: Persons deprived of liberty, Second: Axes of treatment of persons deprived of liberty and Third: Rehabilitation and social reintegration of persons deprived of liberty. Chapter III is contained by the methodology used in the investigation, which was the basis for the analysis of the object of study of this investigation; and, finally, chapter IV of this project contains the interpretation and discussion of the results obtained through the research instruments. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Desde la antigüedad el Estado ha venido desarrollando ejes mediante los cuales se permita a las personas privadas de la libertad una rehabilitación integral dentro de cada centro. Con la promulgación del Código Orgánico Integral Penal se contemplaron planes estratégicos para el fiel cumplimiento de este único propósito que es, devolver a la sociedad seres humanos rehabilitados, los cuales puedan vivir en la sociedad y aportar a ella. Por esta razón en el presente proyecto de investigación se analizaron los principales aspectos relacionados con los ejes de tratamiento del Sistema Nacional de Rehabilitación Social, la rehabilitación y reinserción de las personas privadas de la libertad. El capítulo I está conformado por el planteamiento del problema y justificación, en donde se establece la finalidad de la investigación, la cual fue analizar si los ejes de tratamiento del Sistema Nacional de Rehabilitación Social son mecanismos que garantizan la rehabilitación y reinserción de los privados de la libertad. El capítulo II de la investigación contiene el marco teórico, en el cual está desarrollado el estado del arte, que son conclusiones a las que han llegado distintos investigadores con temática similar y los aspectos teóricos, los cuales se encuentran comprendidos en tres unidades; Primera: Personas privadas de libertad, Segunda: Ejes de tratamiento de las personas privadas de libertad y Tercera: Rehabilitación y reinserción social de las personas privadas de libertad. El capítulo III está contenido por la metodología empleada en la investigación, misma que fue base para el análisis del objeto de estudio de esta investigación; y, finalmente el capítulo IV del presente proyecto contiene la interpretación y discusión de los resultados obtenidos a través de los instrumentos de investigación | es_ES |
