| Resumen : | En el presente trabajo investigativo se analiza un estudio de la técnica de liberación miofascial aplicado en lesiones musculares cuyo propósito es llegar a determinar las aplicaciones de la combinación de los agentes físicos y técnicas del masaje para brindar mayor recuperación y bienestar a los pacientes. Para llegar a la realización de los objetivos y la comprobación de la hipótesis, se debe gracias a la predisposición y colaboración de los pacientes y ayuda de los profesionales del área de Terapia Física del Hospital de la Brigada Blindada H-B11 Galápagos durante el período de diciembre del 2009 a mayo del 2010 se llego a obtener una población de 26 pacientes, los datos se obtuvieron a través de la aplicación de los instrumentos de investigación como la observación y guía de observación que fueron aplicados a los pacientes que asistían al área de fisioterapia. |

To arrive to the realization of the objectives and the confirmation of the hypothesis, it is thanks to the bias and the patients' collaboration and the professionals' of the area of Physical Therapy of the Hospital of the Armored Brigade help H-B11 Tortoises during the period of December from the 2009 to May of the 2010 you ends up obtaining a population of 26 patients, the data were obtained through the application of the investigation instruments like the observation and observation guide that were applied the patients that attended the physiotherapy area. |
