| Resumen : | RESUMEN Los coronavirus son una familia de virus que normalmente afectan solo a animales. Los cuales algunos de ellos tienen la capacidad de transmitirse de animales a personas en donde provoca problemas respiratorios, el coronavirus SARS-COV-2 es un nuevo tipo que afecta a las personas, denominado a si el virus ya que la enfermedad que causa se llama COVID-19. La misma que apareció a principios de diciembre del año 2019 en la ciudad de China de Wuhan, provincia de Huawei, el 30 de enero la Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS) declaró la actual epidemia como una situación de emergencia sanitaria internacional. La búsqueda fue con una dirección en modalidad de revisión bibliográfica, logrando conocer como la Fisioterapia Respiratoria puede ayudar a pacientes que han padecido de COVID-19 y dar a conocer el principal objetivo de esta terapia adyuvante que trabaja en el Sistema Respiratorio para la recuperación por secuelas que esta patología presenta. Las técnicas de Fisioterapia Respiratoria, pese a la escasa información que nos ofrecen varios sitios en línea, se logró encontrar 50 artículos científicos con referencia a las variables a consultar, con la exclusión y valoración requerida según la escala de PEDRo, se pudo cumplir con una selección de artículos bajo parámetros que esta escala requiere. El número de artículos que se consideraron relevantes para esta revisión bibliográfica fueron 35, ya que estos cumplían con una puntuación igual o mayor a 6 en esta escala, de los 35 artículos científicos con más importancia, estarán en distintos idiomas como en inglés, portugués y español. Tras la investigación se va a tratar de acentuar las técnicas de Fisioterapia Respiratoria que ayudaran a pacientes con COVID-19. Los sitios de internet donde se lograron encontrar la gran mayoría de artículos científicos por orden fueron: PubMed, Google Académico, Scielo, ElSevier, la información que cada artículo contiene fue desde una fecha en específico ya que esta patología surgió en 2019 todos los artículos estarán de esa fecha hasta el 2021.Dado por concluida la investigación y tras considerar lo que cada autor tomo en cuenta sobre la Fisioterapia Respiratoria en pacientes con COVID-19 se pudo concluir el objetivo que cada técnica o método ocupado puede ayudar a cada paciente indistintamente. |
| Descripción : | ABSTRACT Coronaviruses are a family of viruses that normally affect only animals. Some of them have the ability to be transmitted from animals to people where it causes respiratory problems. The SARS-COV-2 coronavirus is a new type that affects people, called if the virus since the disease it causes is called COVID-19. The same that appeared in early December 2019 in the Chinese city of Wuhan, Huawei province, on January 30, the world health organization declared the current epidemic as an international emergency situation. The search was with a direction in bibliographic review modality, getting to know how Respiratory physiotherapy can help patients who have suffered from COVID-19 and to publicize the main objective of this adjuvant therapy that works in the Respiratory System for recovery by sequelae that this pathology presents. The Respiratory Physiotherapy techniques, despite the scarce information offered by various online sites, it was possible to find 50 scientific articles with reference to the variables to be consulted, with the exclusion and assessment required according to the PEDRo scale, it was possible to meet a selection of articles under parameters that this scale requires. The number of articles that were considered relevant for this bibliographic review was 35 since they met a score equal to or greater than six on this scale. Of the 35 most important scientific articles, they will be in different languages such as English, Portuguese and Spanish. After the investigation, an attempt will be made to emphasize the techniques of Respiratory Physiotherapy that will help patients with COVID-19. The internet sites where the vast majority of scientific articles were found in order were: PubMed, Google Scholar, Scielo, ElSevier. The information that each article contains was from a specific date since this pathology arose in 2019. All articles will be from that date until 2021. After the investigation is concluded and after considering what each author took into account about respiratory physiotherapy in patients with COVID-19, it was possible to conclude the objective that each technique or method used can help each patient indistinctly.
