| Resumen : | RESUMEN: El presente proyecto de investigación muestra la evolución de la arquitectura en la ciudad a lo largo del tiempo, desde su creación y hasta la actualidad, reflejando esta transformación por medio de la descripción de edificaciones que fueron influidas por los acontecimientos ocurridos; siendo estas edificaciones parte importante de la arquitectura de la ciudad. El proyecto de investigación se desarrolla en seis capítulos, en el primer capítulo se explican las fuentes de investigación utilizadas para la base de la tesis, ya que al tener un tema tan amplio es necesario organizar la bibliografía a utilizar; en el segundo capítulo se empieza con la historia de la arquitectura en la ciudad, sus inicios desde ser una villa hasta convertirse en ciudad y cómo fue su asentamiento previo al terremoto que devastó la ciudad; en el siguiente capítulo se expresa lo que sucedió después del terremoto y como la ciudad se reconstruyó en un nuevo lugar, este capítulo muestra la planificación de la ciudad y como fue crecimiento a partir de este nuevo asentamiento; en el cuarto capítulo se detalla cómo fue el desarrollo económico en la ciudad a partir de la llegada del tren, lo cual marcaría un comienzo para el aumento de economía en la urbe; el quinto capítulo relata los sucesos acontecidos en el país y su influencia sobre la arquitectura de la ciudad, ya que en este capítulo aparece la arquitectura moderna y con ella, edificaciones representativas y arquitectos reconocidos nacionalmente; y por último, en el sexto capítulo se detalla lo que sucede en la ciudad en los tiempos actuales, cómo es la arquitectura en la actualidad y los factores para el crecimiento de la ciudad. Con toda esta información se busca crear un criterio acerca de la importancia que tienen los habitantes, la cultura y los acontecimientos ocurridos en una ciudad para la evolución de la arquitectura. |
| Descripción : | This research project shows the evolution of architecture in the city over time, from its creation to the present, reflecting this transformation through the description of buildings that were influenced by the events that occurred; these buildings are an important part of the architecture of the city. The research project is developed in six chapters, in the first chapter the research sources used for the basis of the thesis are explained, since having such a broad topic, it is necessary to organize the bibliography to be used; The second chapter begins with the history of architecture in the city, its beginnings from the time it was a village to becoming a city and how it was settled prior to the earthquake that devastated the city; The next chapter expresses what happened after the earthquake and how the city was rebuilt in a new place. This chapter shows the planning of the city and how it grew from this new settlement; In the fourth chapter it is detailed how the economic development was in the city after the arrival of the train, which would mark a beginning for the increase of the economy in the city; the fifth chapter recounts the events that took place in the country and their influence on the architecture of the city, since in this chapter, modern architecture appears and with it, representative buildings and nationally recognized architects; and finally, the sixth chapter details what is happening in the city in current times, what architecture is like today and the factors for the growth of the city. With all this information, the aim is to create a criterion about the importance of the inhabitants, the culture and the events that take place in a city for the evolution of architecture. |
