| Resumen : | El presente proyecto de investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar los programas de Economía Popular y Solidaria en el cantón Chambo, provincia de Chimborazo, y su impacto en la calidad de vida de sus beneficiarios en el periodo 2007-2017, entendiendo que la Economía Popular y Solidaria es el ligado de formas y destrezas económicas, individuales o agrupadas, encaminadas al buen vivir, en conformidad con la naturaleza, por sobre el lucro y la acumulación de capital. Metodológicamente, se utilizó un método, cualitativo, deductivo, analítico, de tipo descriptiva, de campo y bibliográfica, con un diseño no experimental la población fueron funcionarios del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del cantón Chambo, Instituto de Economía popular y Solidaria, Ministerio de Inclusión Económica y Social, y los beneficiarios del Instituto de Economía Popular y Solidaria en el cantón Chambo, su muestra fue no probabilístico e intencional, la técnica fue la entrevista y el instrumento el cuestionario, en el cual se pudo conocer que la mayoría de los emprendimientos y proyectos que han recibido ayuda en el periodo 2010-2017 han sido la agricultura y la ganadería, seguido por aquellos proyectos de comercialización de productos elaborados por socios y de aquellos servicios que están destinados a brindar Servicios de Catering y Limpieza, es así que, entre la ayuda que han brindado ha sido económica mediante préstamos financiados por el Banco del Fomento, así como también, capacitaciones y charlas. |
| Descripción : | The objective of this research project aimed to analyze the Popular and Solidarity Economy programs in the Chambo Canton, Chimborazo Province, and their impact on the quality of life of its beneficiaries in the period 2007-2017, understanding that the Popular and Solidarity Economy is the linking of economic forms and skills, individual or collective, aimed at good living, in conformity with nature, over profit and capital accumulation (Coraggio, 2009). Methodologically, a qualitative, deductive, analytical, descriptive, field and bibliographic method was used, with a non-experimental design the population were officials of the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Chambo Canton, Institute of Popular and Solidarity Economy, Ministry of Economic and Social Inclusion, and the beneficiaries of the Institute of Popular and Solidarity Economy in the Chambo Canton, their sample was non-probabilistic and intentional, the technique was the interview and the instrument the questionnaire, in which it was possible to know that most of the enterprises and projects that have received help in the period 2010-2017 have been Agriculture and Livestock, followed by those projects for the commercialization of products made by partners and those services that are intended to provide Catering and Cleaning Services, so, among the help they have provided has been economic through loans financed by the Banco del Fomento, as well as training and talks. |
