| Resumen : | El Parlamento Indígena y Popular del Cantón Guamote, es una entidad social, misma que a través del trabajo colaborativo y coordinado con aliados estratégicos, contribuyo a la gestación de una nueva realidad en la cotidianidad de las y los guamoteños. Así, esta investigación en su parte inicial, señala aquellos hechos históricos que impactaron a los indígenas en el Cantón Guamote; posteriormente se hace referencia a las acciones emprendidas por los indígenas para su reivindicación, consecuentemente la toma de poder en el consejo municipal. Después se resalta la creación y la intervención del parlamento en los distintos proyectos sociales, políticos y económicos de Guamote. Finalmente se realiza un análisis de los alcances, desafíos y realidad que ha asumido el parlamento indígena en busca de una nueva forma de administrar los recursos que le corresponden al pueblo. |
| Descripción : | The Indigenous and Popular Parliament of the Guamote Canton, is a social entity, a collaborative and coordinated working relationship with strategic allies that contributes to the gestation of a new reality in the daily life of the Guamoteños. Thus, this investigation in its initial part indicated those historical events that affected the natives in the Guamote Canton; subsequently, reference is made to the actions undertaken by the indigenous people for their victims, consequently the taking of power in the municipal council. After highlighting the creation and intervention of Parliament in the different social, political and economic projects of Guamote. Finally, an analysis is made of the scope, challenges and reality that the indigenous parliament assumed in search of a new way of managing the resources that correspond to the people. |
