dc.description	This research project is based on the topic “MANAGEMENT AND RELIGIOUS CULTURAL HERITAGE OF THE CITY OF RIOBAMBA, nowadays Ecuador has a religious cultural heritage in every province and for this reason, developing adequate management of it is very important for the officials who work on it, as well as for the citizens having an adequate structure of it and an efficient functioning of each one of the areas is essential so that the management process produce positive results. For this reason, the lack of knowledge about a structure of legal, institutional frameworks and the patrimonial resources that make up a managerial process can be affected at the moment of managing the patrimony, the low financing budget provided by the state is something very negative for the management that is proposed to perform. Bearing in mind several factors that are indirectly being left aside and are a key part of a management process, it is the group of citizens who must participate so that they have knowledge of what is being done and support in one or another way so the city becomes an example of management compared with other cities in Ecuador and in the future compared with other cities in the world.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El proyecto de investigación se basa con la relación al tema de GESTIÓN Y PATRIMONIO CULTURAL RELIGIOSO DE LA CIUDAD DE RIOBAMBA, en la actualidad el Ecuador cuenta con un patrimonio cultural religioso en todas las provincias y por esta razón el desarrollar una gestión adecuada del mismo es muy importante para los funcionarios que trabajan en ello, como para la ciudadanía, el tener una estructura adecuada del mismo y un funcionamiento eficiente de cada una de las áreas es primordial para que una gestión dé resultados positivos. Por esta razón el desconocimiento de una estructura de marcos jurídicos, institucionales y los recursos patrimoniales que integran una gestión se puede ver afectado en el momento de gestionar el patrimonio, el bajo presupuesto de financiamiento que otorga el Estado es algo muy negativo para la gestión que se desea realizar. Contando varios factores que indirectamente están dejándolos a un lado y son una parte clave para una gestión, es la ciudadanía que debe participar para que tengan conocimiento de lo que se está realizando y apoyar de una u otra forma para la ciudad sea un ejemplo de gestión a nivel nacional y en un futuro internacional	es_ES
