| Resumen : | La presente investigación lleva como título LA LEGISLACIÓN PARA EL FOMENTO DE VIVIENDA EN EL GADM-RIOBAMBA Y SU INCIDENCIA EN EL DERECHO CONSTITUCIONAL A ACCEDER A UNA VIVIENDA DIGNA, la cual nace ante la falta de leyes en la ciudad de Riobamba, que guíen y ayuden en la adquisición de una vivienda propia; ante esta necesidad se ha planteado el objetivo: Analizar la legislación que fomenta la vivienda en el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del Cantón Riobamba y su incidencia en el Derecho Constitucional a tener una vivienda digna; para cumplir este objetivo se ha procedido a realizar el marco teórico el cual consta de tres capítulos, en los que se analiza el derecho a la vivienda, desde un nivel macro hasta un nivel micro en la ciudad de Riobamba, después de haber realizado esto se realiza una propuesta la cual incluye una ordenanza la cual puede ser aplicada en la ciudad de Riobamba, la que ayudará al GAD municipal a llevar política adecuadas e idóneas, en lo que respecta a la vivienda. Luego de haber hecho esto se ha procedido a recoger información a través de los instrumentos diseñados para este fin, estos datos, nos sirven para plantear conclusiones y recomendaciones |
| Descripción : | The present investigation is entitled THE LEGISLATION FOR THE PROMOTION OF HOUSING IN THE GADM-RIOBAMBA AND ITS INCIDENCE IN THE CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT TO ACCESS A DIGITAL HOUSING, which is born before the lack of laws in the city of Riobamba, to guide and help in the acquisition of a home of your own; In view of this need, the objective has been set: To analyze the legislation that promotes housing in the Autonomous Decentralized Municipal Government of the Riobamba Canton and its impact on the Constitutional Right to have decent housing; To achieve this objective, the theoretical framework has been carried out, which consists of three chapters, in which the right to housing is analyzed, from a macro level to a micro level in the city of Riobamba, after having done this makes a proposal which includes an ordinance which can be applied in the city of Riobamba, which will help the municipal GAD to carry adequate and suitable policies, with regard to housing. After having done this we have proceeded to collect information through the instruments designed for this purpose, these data, serve us to raise conclusions and recommendations. |
