| Resumen : | Total Car Solution es una empresa con más de 9 años en el mercado comercial de repuestos automotrices, inició sus actividades de forma empírica, algo que no ha representado un obstáculo para crecer y ser reconocida a través de los años por su excelente servicio y repuestos de calidad. La empresa pese a presentar una imagen estable y rentable ante el mundo, no cuenta con las herramientas necesarias para administrar el negocio de la manera más eficiente, por lo que esto puede ser un motivo para pausar su crecimiento. La adopción de políticas contables en esta investigación son la clave para que la empresa cumpla con sus expectativas de mejorar su situación financiera en un futuro, y le dé la confianza que necesita en cuanto a su estabilidad económico-financiera, permitiéndole optimizar recursos y solucionar problemas dados por falta de regulaciones en sus actividades. La NIC 8 “Políticas Contables, cambios en las estimaciones contables y errores” es la base para la selección de políticas contables según normativa vigente que la entidad necesita para mejorar la administración que ha llevado hasta el año 2018. La aplicación del manual de políticas contables desarrolladas en base a las NIIF plenas, en la contabilidad de Total Car Solution durante el 2019, muestra los cambios y la corrección de errores que necesitaba la estructura y contenido de los estados financieros. Estos cambios resultan ser la evidencia concisa de que una adecuada selección y aplicación de políticas y procedimientos contables puede incidir positivamente en una empresa. |
| Descripción : | Total Car Solution is a company with more than 9 years in the commercial market of self-driven reserves, it began its activities in an empiric way, something that has not represented an obstacle to grow and to be recognized through the years by its excellent service and reserves quality. The company in spite of presenting a stable and profitable image before the world, doesn’t have the necessary tools to administer the business in the most efficient way, for what this can be a reason to pause its growth. The adoption of countable politicians in this investigation are the key so that the company fulfills its expectations of improving its financial situation in a future, and it gives the trust that needs as for its economic-financial stability, allowing to optimize resources and to solve problems given by lack of regulations in its activities. The NIC 8 “Countable Politicians, changes in the countable estimates and errors” it is the base for the selection of countable politicians according to normative effective that the entity needs to improve the administration that has taken until the year 2018. The application of the manual of countable politicians developed based on full IFRS, in the accounting of Total Car Solution during the 2019, shows the changes and the correction of errors that it needed the structure and content of the financial states. These changes turn out to be the concise evidence that an appropriate selection and application of accounting policies and political and countable procedures can impact positively in a company. |
