| Resumen : | El tema sustentado en la presente investigación habla sobre la Evaluación al Sistema Contable de la Unidad Educativa Hispanoamérica, tiene el objetivo primordial de analizar la incidencia de los Estados Financieros del período 2017, permitiendo analizar la variación de las cuentas y los componentes para beneficio social, la investigación está compuesta de cinco capítulos. Capítulo I, se describe el Marco referencial, planteamiento del problema la justificación y los objetivos del tema de investigación cesto con respecto al periodo 2017 que se encuentra en estudio; Capítulo II, enmarca el sustento legal, conceptualizaciones, misión, visión, políticas institucionales, generalidades de la institución educativa. Capítulo III, consta del marco metodológico en el que se encuentra la metodología de la investigación, diseño, nivel, enfoque, población y muestra, así como también las técnicas e instrumentos de investigación. Capítulo IV, está plasmado los resultados y discusión de la investigación en el mismo consta del proceso contable que realiza la unidad educativa, el sistema contable informático manejado por el área contable y financiero y finalmente en este capítulo los Índices Financieros. Capítulo V, finalmente posee las conclusiones y recomendaciones, tendientes a mejorar el uso del sistema contable, mejor distribución de tareas y funciones encomendadas en vista que se hallaron falencias en el manejo de la información, recomendaciones que permitirá mejorar la toma de decisiones para el bienestar de la institución. |
| Descripción : | The topic supported of this research talks about the Evaluation of the Accounting System of the Hispanic American Education Unit, it has the primary objective of analyzing the incidence of the Financial Statements of the 2017 period, allowing to analyze the variation of the accounts and the components for social benefit, the research is composed of five chapters. Chapter I describes the frame of reference, the problem statement, the justification and the objectives of the research topic basket with respect to the 2017 period under study; Chapter II, frames the legal support, conceptualizations, mission, vision, institutional policies, generalities of the educational institution. Chapter III, consists of the methodological framework in which the research methodology, design, level, focus, population and sample is found, as well as research techniques and instruments. Chapter IV, the results and discussion of the research are reflected in it consists of the accounting process carried out by the educational unit, the computer accounting system managed by the accounting and financial area and finally in this chapter the Financial Indices. Chapter V, finally has the conclusions and recommendations, aimed at improving the use of the accounting system, better distribution of tasks and functions entrusted in view that there were shortcomings in the management of information, recommendations that will improve decision-making for welfare of the institution. |
