| Resumen : | El proyecto de investigación tiene por objetivo principal aplicar la técnica de movilización Neurodinámica como tratamiento del síndrome de túnel carpiano (STC) en las tejedoras artesanales de la Cooperativa Padre Rafael González en el cantón Biblián Provincia del Cañar, donde la aplicación correcta dio como resultado datos favorables que mejoraron la sintomatología. La Neurodinámica es una técnica no invasiva que permite deslizar y movilizar estructuras neurales en el sistema nervioso, a través de movimientos, aplicando una tensión neural lo que permite mejorar notablemente la sintomatología del paciente. La investigación fue de campo a la que se incluyó 39 pacientes todas mujeres con diagnóstico de síndrome de túnel carpiano a quienes se empleó la historia clínica fisioterapéutica con evaluaciones de inicio y fin en las que se incluye la escala visual analógica (EVA), test de fuerza muscular, prueba de Tinel, prueba de Phalen y signo del círculo, en cuanto a los datos obtenidos por la escala visual analógica se evidencia una mayor incidencia en el grado de dolor fuerte y muy fuerte. De acuerdo a los datos estadísticos analizados a través del programa informático Excel, en relación al grado de dolor y la fuerza muscular se evidenció que al momento de terminar el tratamiento se logró disminuir el dolor y aumentar la fuerza muscular de esta manera se comprobó que la técnica de movilización Neurodinámica es eficaz en pacientes con síndrome de túnel carpiano. |
| Descripción : | The aim of this research project is to apply the technique of Mobilization Neurodynamics. This technique is a treatment of the carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) in artisanal weavers of the Padre Rafael Gonzalez Cooperative in the canton Biblián Province of the Cañar, where the correct application gave as result favorable data to improve symptoms. The Neurodynamics is a noninvasive technique that can slide and movilize neural structures in the nervous system, through movements, applying a neural tension which significantly enhances the symptoms of the patient. The research was a field that included all 39 patients who were women diagnosed with carpal tunnel who syndrome physiotherapy medical history evaluations start and end in the visual analog scale (VAS), the test of muscle strength. Tinel test, Phalen's analysis is included. A sign of the circle used as to the data obtained by the visual analog scale, a higher incidence evidenced by the degree of pain sturdy and extreme. According to statistical data analyzed by the Excel software, concerning the degree of pain and muscle strength, which showed at the time of finishing treatment can reduce pain and increase muscle strength; thus, it found that Neurodynamics mobilization technique is effective in patients with carpal tunnel syndrome. |
