dc.description	In the present work, a study was carried out on THE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS AND ITS APLICATION IN THE COAC MUSHUC RNA SUCURSAL RIOBAMBA, that allowed having a piece of real knowledge about the influence of the management information systems in the organizations at present and the positive contribution in generates within them. The introduction explains the origins of the Mushuc Runa COAC and its development from the last decade, through a brief explanation and its evolution to what this cooperative means today, detailing the problem at its maximum expression. State of the art begins with the background that exists in the research, to give rise to concepts established by different authors who theoretically base each of the research variables. The methodology creates the type techniques and research instruments, essential for the modern development defining the population and sample object of study to which a survey is applied to obtain timely information on which our research is based. In the final part it is concludes through a proposal for the implementation of a Management System within the COAC Mushuc Runa Riobamba.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	En el presente trabajo de titulación se realizó un estudio sobre “LOS SISTEMAS GERENCIALES Y SU APLICACIÓN EN LA COAC MUSHUC RUNA SUCURSAL RIOBAMBA”, que permitió tener un conocimiento real acerca de la influencia de los sistemas de información gerencial en las organizaciones en la actualidad y el aporte positivo que genera dentro de las mismas. En la introducción se explica acerca de los orígenes de la COAC Mushuc Runa y su desarrollo a partir de la última década, a través de una breve explicación y su evolución hasta lo que significa hoy en día esta cooperativa, detallando el problema, en su máxima expresión. El estado del arte inicia con los antecedentes que existen de esta investigación, para dar lugar a conceptos establecidos por diversos autores que fundamentan teóricamente cada una de las variables de investigación. En la metodología se establece el tipo, técnicas e instrumentos de investigación, indispensables para el presente desarrollo, definiendo la población y muestra objeto de estudio a la que se aplica una encuesta que permite obtener información oportuna en la que se fundamenta nuestra investigación. En la parte final se concluye a través de una propuesta para la implementación de un Sistema Gerencial dentro de la COAC Mushuc Runa sucursal Riobamba.	es_ES
