| dc.description | The objective of this study is to determine the economic feasibility of the ALDEBARAN PROJECT, a Tourist-Sports -Recreational-Resort. The feasibility will be determined through the evaluation of important Project elements and parameters such as market study, technical analysis, architectural designs and construction costs, administration and legal requirements, economical and financial analysis. The project feasibility is backed with the analysis done to the information and data obtained from primary sources such as polls and complemented with data from secondary sources such as books and institutions related to tourism and sports. The first chapter defines de need of a Tourist-Sports-Recreational-Resort in Riobamba city to satisfy the local, national and international needs. Once the need has been identified, it is proposed a set of objectives to find a solution to bridge the gap between supply and demand, justifying the creation of this Resort. On the second chapter we find the theoretical frame where the background of this investigation is described. Important tourism and sports definitions are described before finally suggesting a theory and variables to be used on this study. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio tiene como objetivo determinar la factibilidad económica del Proyecto “Complejo Turístico Deportivo y Recreativo ALDEBARAN”, evaluando algunos elementos y parámetros importantes de este proyecto tales como el estudio de mercado, análisis técnico, diseños arquitectónicos y costos de construcción, requerimientos administrativos y legales, análisis económico y financiero. La factibilidad del proyecto se respalda con los resultados obtenidos a través del análisis de la información y datos obtenidos de fuentes primarias como encuestas y complementadas con datos de fuentes secundarias como libros e instituciones vinculadas al el turismo y deporte. En el primer capítulo se define la necesidad de un Complejo Turístico Deportivo y Recreativo en la ciudad de Riobamba para satisfacer la necesidad local, nacional y extranjera. Una vez identificado la necesidad, se plantean todos los objetivos para encontrar una solución que llene la brecha entre la oferta y la demanda justificando la creación de este proyecto. | es_ES |
