| dc.description | This investigative work seeks to establish the correlation between overprotection and personality with seventh year students EGB parallels A, B, C of the Educational Unit "Isabel de Godín". Since knowing about the overprotection of parents hinders the personality of seventh grade students becoming shy, insecure and dependent¨; that is why we have analyzed these two variables that allow us to show that parents are overprotective with their children, preventing the autonomy of students when making decisions, performing activities that correspond to their age; therefore, it is very important that parents know what it is to protect so as not to reach an extreme of overprotection. This research is of basic, field and bibliographic type, the techniques and instruments that were used for the parents were questionnaire survey and for the students a psychological questionnaire - personality questionnaire for children (EPQ-J). Through this it was possible to demonstrate that there are overprotective characteristics and behaviors determined through the analysis that effectively affects the personality. Recommendations were presented to parents to raise awareness about what it is to protect and overprotect; in the same way to the educational institution jointly with the DECE that is carried out workshops for the implementation of activities on how the children should be raised in an appropriate way. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo investigativo busca establecer la correlación entre la sobreprotección y personalidad con alumnos de séptimo año EGB paralelos A, B, C de la Unidad Educativa “Isabel de Godín”. Ya que conocer sobre la sobreprotección de los padres dificulta en la personalidad de los estudiantes de séptimo año volviéndose tímidos, inseguros y dependientes¨; es por ello que se ha analizado estas dos variables que nos permiten demostrar que los padres son sobreprotectores con sus hijos impidiendo la autonomía de los estudiantes al momento de tomar decisiones, realizar actividades que corresponden a su edad; por consiguiente, es muy importante que los padres sepan que es proteger y no llegar a un extremo de sobreprotección. Esta investigación es de tipo básica, campo y bibliográfica, las técnicas e instrumentos que fueron utilizados para los padres de familia fue encuesta- cuestionario y para los estudiantes un reactivo psicológico- cuestionario de personalidad para niños (EPQ-J). A través de esto se pudo demostrar que existen características y conductas sobreprotectoras determinando mediante el análisis que efectivamente afecta a la personalidad. Se presentaron recomendaciones a los padres de familia para que concienticen sobre que es proteger y sobreprotección; de la misma manera a la institución educativa conjuntamente con el DECE que se realice talleres para la implementación de actividades sobre cómo se debería criar a los hijos de manera adecuada. | es_ES |
