| Resumen : | El presente proyecto de investigación ha estudiado la gobernanza y la gestión pública dentro de los GAD Municipales específicamente del Cantón Colta, Institución que ha brindado la información necesaria para poder desarrollar el trabajo de la mejor manera. La investigación se ha divido en cuatro capítulos los cuales se han elaborado en base a la información recopilada: Primer capítulo: brinda la información preliminar para el desarrollo de este proyecto, en él consta el planteamiento del problema, los objetivos y la justificación e importancia que presenta el tema de estudio. Segundo capítulo: se desarrolla el marco teórico en base a la temática, se establecen tres unidades las cuales desarrollan aspectos importantes sobre el GAD Municipal del cantón Colta, gobernanza y gestión pública. Tercer capítulo: se despliega la metodología de estudio para realizar este proyecto, mediante el cual se establece el tipo de investigación, la población y muestra, la recopilación de información como se la realizará y los resultados obtenidos. Cuarto capítulo: Finalmente se procese a generar las conclusiones y recomendaciones que se arroja al haber realizado la investigación acorde al planteamiento del problema y objetivos planteados |
| Descripción : | This research has studied governance and public management in the city hall of Colta. This institution has provided the necessary information to develop the investigation in a good way. This investigation has been divided into four chapters which have been prepared based on the information collected: First chapter: It provides preliminary information for the development of this project, it includes the approach to the problem, the objectives,the substantiation and importance of the of study. Second chapter: The theoretical framework is developed based on the theme, there are three units established that show important aspects of Colta’s city hall governance and public management. Third chapter: This chapter is about the methodology used in the project, though, the type of research, the population and sample, the collection of information and the results. Fourth chapter: Finally, conclusions and recommendations are made according the statement of the problem and the objectives |
