| Resumen : | El presente trabajo de investigación con el tema “AUDITORÍA DE GESTIÓN A LA COOPERATIVA DE TRANSPORTE RIOBAMBA, PERÍODO 2017” se realizó con el objetivo de mejorar los procesos administrativos a través del uso de herramientas y técnicas propias de la Auditoría. El proyecto de investigación se desarrolló en cuatro capítulos distribuidos de la siguiente manera: CAPITULO I: Se encuentra el Marco Referencial, el mismo que comprende el planteamiento del problema, objetivo general tanto como específicos e hipótesis. CAPITULO II: En este capítulo hace referencia al Marco Teórico el cual comprende, el estado del arte, generalidades de la Cooperativa de Transporte Riobamba y dos unidades relacionadas con el tema de investigación. CAPITULO III: Se desarrolló el Marco Metodológico el cual detalla métodos utilizados para realizar la investigación, así como instrumentos y técnicas que se aplicaron para la obtención de información. CAPITULO IV: Finalmente abarca la ejecución de la Auditoría de Gestión donde se reflejan los procedimientos realizados para determinar resultados. Culminando con las conclusiones y recomendaciones de acuerdo a los hallazgos de Auditoría |
| Descripción : | The present investigation work with the topic “AUDITORÍA DE GESTIÓN A LA COOPERATIVA DE TRANSPORTE RIOBAMBA, PERÍODO 2017” was made with the objective of improving the administrative processes through the use of tools and techniques of the Audit. The research project was developed in four chapters distributed as follows: CHAPTER I: In this chapter The Reference Framework, which includes the approach of the problem, general and specific objective and hypotheses. CHAPTER II: In this chapter refers to the Theoretical Framework which includes, the state of the art, generalities of the Riobamba Transport Cooperative and two units related to the research topic. CHAPTER III: It was developed the Methodological Framework which the methods used to carry out the research, as well as instruments and techniques that were applied to obtain information. CHAPTER IV: In this last chapter includes the execution of the Management Audit where the procedures performing in order to determine results are reflected. Finally with the conclusions and recommendations according to the findings of Audit. |
