| dc.description | The present research work was developed in order to design a Storage and Processing Center for agricultural products of greater production for Canton of Chambo, since it does not have an adequate infrastructure, nor with the required technology that allows to provide safety and quality to the agricultural product issued to the consumer. Currently, the farmer does not have a good management of the agricultural product that is, not following adequate processes under technical norms for the cultivation, harvest and postharvest handling. This is mainly due to the lack of equipment, as well as integral training for the farmer. in the proper handling of the products; for what in many occasions the farmers are forced to collect their products in inadequate conditions and with lack of technical guarantees, which causes little quality and loss of the product, consequently a lower economic income for the producer, making him not to invest and abandon agricultural activity, prejudicing the local economy and the identity of the canton, known as "Señora del Agro". As a result, the main idea of the architectural complex is to provide a service to the residents focused on this area, for this reason an architectural solution is proposed based on the current Ecuadorian Regulation of AGROCALIDAD BPA (Good Agricultural Practices) and BPM (Good Manufacturing Practices), as well as considering the theoretical foundations of the formal aspect, and primarily in the functional aspect, but without leaving aside the harmony, aesthetics and way of life of the residents, since agriculture is a fundamental element in their daily life. The design of the Storage and Processing Center, also presents an optimal location, a selection and characterization of the ideal equipment and an adequate distribution of all industrial activities, including warehouses, cold rooms, and all the required services for its operation. The project is designed in a total area of 19,600 m2, it is divided into seven zones: Access Area 28 m2, Administrative Area 312 m2; Storage Productivity Area 1,695 m2; Processing Productivity Area 1,879 m2; Service Area 272 m2; Parking Area and Roads 8,435 m2; Green Areas 6,979 m2, these areas will allow the adequate treatment of the activities to be developed within it and will improve the quality of the six products identified as more manageable and expertise in the crop and thus higher production, representing 67.69% , these products are: tomato, cauliflower, broccoli, yellow carrot, potatoes, beet. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación se desarrolló con el objeto de diseñar un Centro de Acopio y Procesamiento de productos agrícolas de mayor producción para el cantón Chambo, puesto que el mismo no cuenta con una infraestructura adecuada, ni con la tecnología requerida que permita proporcionar inocuidad y calidad al producto agrícola expedido al consumidor. Actualmente el agricultor no tiene un correcto manejo del producto agrícola, es decir no sigue procesos adecuados bajo normas técnicas para el cultivo, cosecha y manejo postcosecha del mismo, esto se debe principalmente a la falta de un equipamiento, así como también una capacitación integral al agricultor en el manejo adecuado de los productos; por lo que se ve obligado en muchas ocasiones a acopiar sus productos en espacios en condiciones inadecuadas y con falta de garantías técnicas, lo que provoca poca calidad y pérdida del producto, por ende un menor ingreso económico para el productor, haciendo que el mismo tienda a no invertir y a abandonar la actividad agrícola, perjudicando a la económica local y a la identidad del cantón, conocido como “Señora del Agro”. Por lo tanto, la idea principal del conjunto arquitectónico, es dar un servicio a los pobladores enfocados en esta área, por lo que se propone una solución arquitectónica en base a la normativa vigente ecuatoriana de AGROCALIDAD BPA (Buenas Prácticas Agrícola) y BPM (Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura), así como también se consideró los fundamentos teóricos del aspecto formal, y primordialmente en el aspecto funcional, pero sin dejar a un lado la armonía, la estética y la forma de vida de los pobladores, puesto que la agricultura es un elemento esencial en su diario vivir. El diseño del Centro de Acopio y Procesamiento, presenta una localización óptima, una selección y caracterización del equipo idóneo y una distribución adecuada de todas las actividades industriales, incluyendo almacenes, cuartos fríos, y todos los servicios anexos necesarios para el funcionamiento del mismo | es_ES |
