dc.descriptionSYTSA CIA LTDA, is a company that provides the service of transporting heavy loads by road, its headquarters are located in the city of Quito and it has a branch in the city of Tulcán, this company is a leader in the logistics industry since 1987. It supports the whole operations in management systems designed to ensure the achievement of high quality standards, physical security and labor security of its staff. In order to ensure a suitable working environment for its employees, the company develops the management system based on OHSAS 18001, for which a series of audits was conducted by SGS del Ecuador Certification Company. The development and implementation of Labor Risk Management for the prevention of incidents, accidents and/or occupational diseases was proposed in this company, for which the areas and job posts have been identified, the evaluation methods are: checklists, surveys, interviews, the RULA method, William Fine, dose, NTP 750, COPsoQ, Istas 21, and the use of instruments such as sound meter, light meter and a dosimeter. Several risk factors are evaluated; the result is the implementation of techniques and procedures that help in the continuous improvement of an optimal working environment. With all these parameters, the certification was achieved based on the OHSAS 18001, which accredits SYTSA CIA LTDA. as a company that has an Occupational Security and Health Management System which is optimal in order to develop its activities.es_ES
dc.description.abstractSYTSA CÍA LTDA, es una empresa que brinda el servicio de Transporte de carga pesada por carretera con su matriz en la ciudad de Quito y su sucursal en la ciudad de Tulcán, va a la vanguardia de la industria logística desde 1987. Sustenta el conjunto de operaciones en sistemas de gestión diseñados para asegurar la consecución de altos estándares de calidad, seguridad física y seguridad laboral de su personal. Con el objetivo de asegurar un ambiente laboral adecuado para sus trabajadores, la empresa desarrolla el sistema de gestión en base a la norma Ohsas 18001, para lo cual se realizó una serie de auditorías por parte de la empresa certificadora SGS del Ecuador. En la empresa se plantea el desarrollo e implementación del Gestión de Riesgos laborales para la prevención de incidentes accidentes y/o enfermedades ocupaciones, para lo cual se ha identificado las áreas y puestos de trabajo, los método para ser evaluados serán: listas de chequeo, encuestas, entrevistas, Método Rula, William fine, dosis, NTP 750, COPsoQ Istas 21, y la utilización de instrumentos como sonómetro, luxómetro y un dosímetro.es_ES
