| Resumen : | El desarrollo industrial conlleva a que las empresas busquen continuamente nuevas e innovadoras formas de producir más en menos tiempo, los procesos y las actividades productivas empleados en este desarrollo, conducen a asumir riesgos operativos altos a los que se encuentran expuestos los trabajadores. El objetivo de este estudio es crear Instructivos integrados, en los que se detallen las actividades que el operario debe realizar dentro de una tarea y los riesgos a los que se encuentran expuestos durante la realización de su trabajo.Se empleo como primer paso la identificación y evaluación de riesgos laborales, para con los resultados encontrados estratificar las áreas productivas más vulnerables. En segunda instancia se realizó el Análisis de Seguridad en el Trabajo (AST) que es la herramienta que utilizaremos para el levantamiento de información en cada uno de los procesos/subprocesos o actividades críticas inmersas en la producción de calzado. |
| Descripción : | Industrial development leads businesses to continuously search for new and innovative forms of producing more in less time. The processes and the productive activities employed in this development guide the assumption of operational risks to which workers are exposed. The objective of this study is to create integrated instructions which detail the activities that the operator carries out as part of a task. These instructions will also detail the risks that others are exposed to during the completion of the operator's work. The first step is to identify and evaluate the labor risk. These, along with the findings, will highlight the most vulnerable areas of production.The second step is to carry out of the Análisis de Seguridad en el Trabajo (AST), which is the tool that we will use to support information in each of the processes and sub-processes or major activities related to the production of footwear. |
