| dc.description | This research aims to determine how the commercial sector of San Alfonso neighborhood impacts on local development in order to achieve a sustainable development in society. Review of economic history was the starting point such as the existing trade mainly within the market and the job opportunity that society perceived. On the other hand, research is based on management theories implemented in managing shop stores. Consequently, the commercial sector of San Alfonso neighborhood has become one of the main places in which economic activities are developed in the city, established mostly by small businesses that are moving in seeking to improve their life conditions. Therefore, the main objective of this research is to determine the importance of the commercial sector in local development, considering that development must be sustainable for society. The first chapter consists of the problem, objectives, justification and importance to be studied in this research. The second chapter includes theoretical and conceptual framework that enabled expands knowledge about the problem under study and influence of each of the variables. In the third chapter; the methodological framework, type of research, research design, techniques and research tools, population and data processing were established. Conclusions and recommendations found in research were carried out in the fourth chapter, and finally the bibliography. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación busca determinar de qué manera el sector comercial del barrio de San Alfonso incide en el desarrollo local a fin de alcanzar un desarrollo sostenible y sustentable en la sociedad, para ello se inicia con la revisión de antecedentes económicos tales como el comercio existente principalmente dentro del mercado y de la oportunidad de trabajo que la sociedad percibió. Por otro lado, la investigación se sustenta en teorías administrativas implementadas en el manejo de los locales comerciales. En consecuencia, el sector comercial del barrio de San Alfonso se ha constituido en uno de los principales sectores en los que se desarrollan actividades económicas de la ciudad, establecidos en su gran mayoría por pequeños comercios quienes se encaminan en la búsqueda de mejorar sus condiciones de vida. Por tal motivo, determinar la importancia del sector comercial en el desarrollo local es el principal objetivo de esta investigación, teniendo en cuenta que el desarrollo debe ser sostenible y sustentable para la sociedad. Mediante el marco referencial se da a conocer en el primer capítulo; el problema, objetivos, justificación e importancia que se va a estudiar en la presente investigación. El segundo capítulo, consta del marco teórico y conceptual que permitió ampliar los conocimientos sobre el problema objeto de estudio y la influencia de cada una de las variables. En el tercer capítulo; se estableció el marco metodológico, tipo de investigación, diseño de investigación, técnicas e instrumentos de investigación, población y procesamiento de datos. Las conclusiones y recomendaciones halladas en la investigación se desarrollan en el cuarto capítulo. Finalmente, se da a conocer la bibliografía que se utilizó para sustentar el presente trabajo de investigación. | es_ES |
