| dc.description | The present investigation aimed at the implementation of technical management in the field of industrial safety and occupational health in Tunshi Dairy Plant in Polytechnic School of Chimborazo. The investigation began with the identification of the productive processes of the Tunshi Dairy Plant and its personnel who work there. The technique used was the Identification, Evaluation, Measurement, Control and Health Surveillance through the application of the Labor Risk Trial Matrix of the Ministry of Labor Relations (MRL) with the purpose to analyzing, qualitatively and quantitatively evaluating all occupational hazards found in the Tunshi Dairy Plant. With the results of the Identification, Evaluation and Measurement of all the occupational hazards found in the Tunshi Dairy Plant, we proceed to the implementation of Health Control and Surveillance, through the provision of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) suitable for the different Productive processes, as well as permanent training in the field of industrial safety and health at work to all personnel who work there. The present investigation helped to mitigate and eliminate all the occupational risk factors found in the Tunshi Dairy Plant, improving the working environment of the workers, safeguarding their physical and psychological integrity as well as the material assets of the Plant, creating a culture of Prevention of occupational hazards. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación tuvo por objeto la implementación de la gestión técnica en el ámbito de seguridad industrial y salud ocupacional en la Planta de Lácteos Tunshi de la Escuela Superior Politécnica de Chimborazo. La investigación comenzó con la identificación de los procesos productivos de la Planta de Lácteos Tunshi y su personal que ahí labora. La técnica utilizada fue la Identificación, Evaluación, Medición, Control y Vigilancia de la Salud mediante la aplicación la Matriz de triple criterio de riesgos laborales del Ministerio de Relaciones Laborales (MRL) con el propósito de analizar, evaluar cualitativamente y cuantitativamente todos los riesgos laborales presentes en la Planta de Lácteos Tunshi. Con los resultados de la Identificación, Evaluación y Medición de todos los riesgos laborales presentes en la Planta de Lácteos Tunshi se procede a la implementación del Control y Vigilancia de la Salud, mediante la dotación de Equipos de Protección Personal (EPP) idóneos para los diferentes procesos productivos, así como la capacitación permanente en el ámbito de seguridad industrial y salud en el trabajo a todo el personal que ahí labora. La presente investigación ayudó a la mitigación y eliminación de todos los factores de riesgo laboral presentes en la Planta de Lácteos Tunshi mejorando el ambiente laboral de los trabajadores, salvaguardado su integridad física y psicológica así como los bienes materiales de la Planta, creando una cultura de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales. | es_ES |
