| dc.description | ABSTRACT: This investigation work, "The Administrative Management and Decision-making of the Municipal GAD of the Chunchi canton, period 2022," aims to determine the influence of administrative management on decision-making. For this reason, through the tools of investigation, the shortcomings and deficiencies in the administrative area of the institution were diagnosed, affecting the administrative processes of projects, departmental units, and communication between departments, which have affected decision-making. The need for more control of the activities has been the reference for elaborating this project through different aspects to be treated. In the theoretical aspect, the present project was carried out by collecting information and concepts obtained from investigated projects that support the subject. Concerning the methodological aspect, the hypothetical- deductive method was used, which helped classify the information obtained through an interview guide made to the head of human talent, an observation guide to the administrative area, and a questionnaire to the bosses, directors, and departmental coordinators. With the results of the investigation, it was known that the administrative management does influence the decision-making of the Municipal GAD of the Chunchi canton, so the deficiency in the application of an administrative process (planning, organization, direction, and control), as well as the communication and constitution of the departments, have affected decision- making, leaving as recommendations, to capture and take into account the strategies proposed in this research. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | RESUMEN: El presente trabajo investigativo titulado, “La Gestión Administrativa y la toma de decisiones del GAD Municipal del cantón Chunchi, período 2022” tiene como objetivo determinar la influencia de la gestión administrativa en la toma de decisiones, es por esta razón que mediante las herramientas de investigación, se diagnosticó las falencias y deficiencias que existen en el área administrativa de la institución, repercutiendo en los procesos administrativos de proyectos, unidades departamentales, comunicación entre departamentos, mismos que han afectado a la hora de tomar decisiones. La falta de un control de las actividades, ha sido el referente para la elaboración de este proyecto, mediante distintos aspectos a tratarse, en el aspecto teórico el presente proyecto se realizó mediante el levantamiento de información y conceptos obtenidos de proyectos investigados que avalen al tema en cuestión; en el aspecto metodológico se utilizó el método hipotético – deductivo lo cual en su aplicación nos ayudó para poder clasificar la información obtenida mediante una guía de entrevista realizada al jefe de talento humano, guía de observación al área administrativa y cuestionario a los jefes, directores y coordinadores departamentales. Con los resultados de la investigación se conoció que la gestión administrativa si influye en la toma de decisiones del GAD Municipal del cantón Chunchi, de manera que la deficiencia en la aplicación de un proceso administrativo (planificación, organización, dirección y control), como también la comunicación y constitución de los departamentos han afectado a la toma de decisiones, dejando como recomendaciones, plasmar y tomar en cuenta las estrategias propuestas en esta investigación. | es_ES |
