| Resumen : | Resumen El siguiente trabajo de titulación denominado “El poder mediático y su incidencia en la sustanciación de casos de femicidio” tiene como finalidad observar cómo influye el poder mediático en casos de femicidio y como estos pueden afectar para que algunos casos no sean considerados importantes o no mantengan el mismo interés de por medio. El presente trabajo de titulación tiene como objetivo general analizar el poder mediático por medio de estudios documentológico y bibliográficos, para determinar si existe una incidencia en la sustanciación de casos de femicidio. Con este trabajo investigativo se pretende difundir los casos de femicidio más relevantes que sucedieron durante el año 2021 y la forma violenta en que la víctima pereció, también se pretende explicar sobre los casos de femicidio que se apreciaron como irrelevantes para el Estado y la justicia, los casos que presentaron dilaciones, ya que no fueron considerados en su tiempo como significativos y para el efecto se ha tomado interés a casos mediáticos a nivel nacional. La metodología a emplear es la investigación documental y bibliográfica porque permite recopilar información sobre las causas y consecuencias del femicidio y la demora por parte de la justicia en estos casos, con este trabajo de investigación se pretende generar un impacto a la sociedad al demostrar la demora que existen en ciertos casos de femicidio, cuando estos no son de interés público. En los resultados obtenidos se puede visualizar que, si existe una incidencia del poder mediático en casos de femicidio, por lo que los medios de comunicación intervienen en varias ocasiones en los casos mediáticos de femicidio. |
| Descripción : | Abstrac The following degree work called “Media power and its impact on the substantiation of cases of femicide” aims to observe how media power influences cases of femicide and how these can affect so that some cases are not considered important or do not maintain the same interest involved. The general objective of this degree work is to analyze media power through documentary and bibliographic studies, to determine if there is an impact on the substantiation of cases of femicide. This investigative work aims to disseminate the most relevant cases of femicide that occurred during the year 2021 and the violent way in which the victim died. It also aims to explain the cases of femicide that were seen as irrelevant to the State and justice. the cases that presented delays, since they were not considered significant at the time and for this purpose interest has been taken in national media cases. The methodology to be used is documentary and bibliographic research because it allows collecting information on the causes and consequences of femicide and the delay by justice in these cases. This research work aims to generate an impact on society by demonstrating the delay. that exist in certain cases of femicide, when these are not of public interest. In the results obtained, it can be seen that there is an impact of media power in cases of femicide, which is why the media intervene on several occasions in media cases of femicide.
