| dc.description | The current research project with the theme ´´PUBLIC PROCUREMENT PROCESSES AND ITS INCIDENCE ON THE FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT OF THE MUNICIPAL DESCENTRALIZED AUTONOMOUS GOVERNMENT OF COLTA DURING THE 2019-2021 PERIOD´´ was carried out to improve the company´s processes and know about its impact on its financial management, in addition to being able to determine the weaknesses within the financial department. The research project is organized into five chapters, the first contains the referential framework where it is subdivided into the problem, justification, formulation of the problem objectives, in the se4cond, it shows everything related to the Theoretical Framework, the conceptualization of the variables, as well as the generalities of the company; in the third it offers everything that refers to the Methodology, which details the research method, formulation of the hypothesis, the types of research, the research design, the research approach, the level of the study, the determination of the population and sample, the techniques and instruments and finally the techniques of procedure and interpretation oh the data, in the fifth contains the results and discussion, basically in this chapter the practical was developed by means of the surveys to the personnel, in addition to the realization of the flow diagramming of the public procurement processes and the verification of the hypothesis and in the last one the conclusions are shown and the recommendations that were given after the analysis made to the company. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | En el presente proyecto de investigación con el tema” LOS PROCESOS DE COMPRAS PÚBLICAS Y SU INCIDENCIA EN LA GESTIÓN FINANCIERA DEL GOBIERNO AUTÓNOMO DESCENTRALIZADO MUNICIPAL DE COLTA DURANTE EL PERÍODO 2019- 2021”, se efectuó con el fin de mejorar los procesos de la empresa y conocer acerca de su incidencia en la gestión financiera de la misma, además de poder determinar las debilidades dentro del departamento financiero. Como propuesta se determinó proponer una estrategia para que los procesos de compras públicas mejoren la gestión financiera del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal de Colta. La población de estudio que se utilizó para la realización de la investigación, fue de los funcionarios de la Gestión Administrativa de dicha institución, la cual está integrado por 13 funcionarios, las mismas que se dividen por áreas. Conforme a la investigación no se calcula el tamaño de la muestra debido a que, se trabajó con la totalidad de la población que es mínima de 13 personas que laboran en el área financiera del GAD Municipal de Colta. | es_ES |
