| Resumen : | RESUMEN: Los vehículos son bienes materiales jurídicamente protegidos con un valor pecuniario de utilidad tanto para su propietario como para la delincuencia individual u organizada, en la presente investigación tuvo como objetivo el identificar los grabados y marcas seriales en el robo de vehículos en la ciudad de Riobamba, esto va a permitir la identificación fehaciente de las serie alfa numérica el estado en cómo se han manejado, a su vez se conocerá el método que se encuentra utilizando actualmente para la revisión vehicular en la ciudad de Riobamba y así poder generar propuestas que permitan reforzar el método de revisión e identificación de las serie alfa numérica vehicular en la ciudad de Riobamba, esto se podrá llevar a cabo por medio de capacitaciones a instituciones relacionadas con el tema de estudio. La metodología que se utilizó para el desarrollo de la investigación fue una investigación descriptiva y bibliográfica, con un enfoque mixto, en donde se recolectó y analizó los diferentes métodos cualitativo y cuantitativo a fin de tener una perspectiva más amplia y profunda del tema, el resultado que se obtuvo con el desarrollo de esta investigación fue conocer como la identificación de las serie alfa numérica de grabados y marcas seriales ha contribuido para determinar la autenticidad de los vehículos recuperados reportados como que han sido robados en la ciudad de Riobamba. Concluyendo que la mayoría de delitos en relación a los automotores son el hurto, robo, extorsión, estafa y otras defraudaciones; esto se debe principalmente a que las autoridades no prestan gran atención a este tipo de delitos, puesto que no existen leyes que puedan ser aplicadas de forma inmediata, permitiendo así que estos delitos se sigan perpetrando y por lo tanto existan gran cantidad de usuarios que son perjudicados y no puedan tener respuesta alguna ante las denuncias que han realizado. |
| Descripción : | ABSTRACT: Vehicles are legally protected material goods with a pecuniary value that is useful for their owner and individual or organized crime. The objective of this research was to identify the engravings and serial marks in the theft of vehicles in the city of Riobamba; this will allow the reliable identification of the alpha-numeric series and the state in which they have been handled; this will allow the reliable identification of the alpha-numerical series and the state in which they have been handled, as well as the method currently used for the review of vehicles in the city of Riobamba and thus be able to generate proposals to strengthen the method of review and identification of the alpha-numerical vehicle series in the city of Riobamba, this can be carried out through training to institutions related to the subject of study. The methodology used for the development of the research was a descriptive and bibliographic research, with a mixed approach, where the different qualitative and quantitative methods were collected and analyzed in order to have a broader and deeper perspective of the subject; the result obtained with the development of this research was to know how the identification of the alpha-numeric series of engravings and serial marks has contributed to determining the authenticity of the recovered vehicles reported as stolen in the city of Riobamba. Concluding that the majority of crimes related to motor vehicles are theft, robbery, extortion, fraud, and other frauds; this is mainly because the authorities do not pay much attention to these types of crimes since there are no laws that can be applied immediately, thus allowing these crimes to continue to be perpetrated. Therefore, there are a large number of users who are harmed and cannot have any response to the complaints they have made. Keywords: Plating, Techniques, Alpha-numeric, Restoration, Remarking. |
