| dc.description | CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY IN THE FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT OF THE WORLD CREDIT UNION OF SEGMENT 1 OF THE RIOBAMBA CANTON PERIOD 2021 The current research work entitled "Corporate social responsibility in the financial management of the world credit union of segment 1 of the Riobamba canton period 2021" was carried out with the aim of determining the factors that influence corporate social responsibility in financial management of world credit union of segment 1, Furthermore, this research work seeks to understand the relationship that exists between CSR and financial management, and for this, this research work relies on information from internet pages such as: the page of the Superintendency of Popular and Solidarity Economy, Ecuadorian Consortium for Social Responsibility CERES, university repositories and scientific journals, and for the field study it was carried out through the application of a checklist and interviews, in order to collect fundamental information about social responsibility and financial management of the world credit union, therefore this research work is of a non-experimental type, Moreover the study has a descriptive approach that helped to describe the most important aspects of the study, and for this, tools and tools were taken into account. techniques, which allowed to optimize this research. It was concluded that the factors that affect the management of corporate social responsibility are determined by the actions and policies that cooperatives take, based on cooperative principles and social values. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | LA RESPONSABILIDAD SOCIAL EMPRESARIAL EN LA GESTIÓN FINANCIERA DE LAS COOPERATIVAS DE AHORRO Y CRÉDITO DEL SEGMENTO 1 DEL CANTÓN RIOBAMBA PERIODO 2021 El presente trabajo de investigación titulado “La responsabilidad social empresarial en la gestión financiera de las Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito del segmento 1 del cantón Riobamba periodo 2021” se desarrolló con el objetivo de determinar los factores que influyen en la responsabilidad social empresarial en la gestión financiera de las cooperativas de ahorro y crédito del segmento 1, además esta investigación busca entender la relación que existe entre al RSE y la gestión financiera, y para ello esta investigación cuenta con información muy procedente páginas de internet como: la página de la Superintendencia de Economía Popular y solidaria, Consorcio Ecuatoriano para la Responsabilidad Social CERES, Repositorios universitarios y revistas científicas, y para el estudio de campo se realizó por medio de la aplicación de un check list y entrevistas, para así recolectar información fundamental sobre la responsabilidad social y la gestión de las finanzas de las Cooperativas de Ahorro y Crédito, por lo tanto esta investigación es de tipo no experimental, demás el estudio tiene un enfoque descriptivo que ayudo a describir los aspectos más importantes del estudio, y para ello se tuvo en consideración herramientas y técnicas, que permitieron optimizar esta investigación. Se concluyo que los factores que inciden en el manejo de la responsabilidad social empresarial están determinados por las acciones y políticas que las cooperativas tomen, con base en los principios cooperativistas y valores sociales | es_ES |
