| dc.description | The present research focused on solving the problem of lack of effective control and registration of fixed assets in the Health Zonal Coordination 3, which generated economic losses and administrative conflicts. The general objective was to develop a web system using the Agile Inception Deck methodology for fixed asset control. To achieve this general objective, three specific objectives were established: to investigate the Agile Inception Deck methodology for fixed asset web systems, to apply the Agile Inception Deck methodology in the development of the web/mobile system for fixed asset control, and to evaluate the performance of the web system using the JMeter tool. For the development of the web system, the Agile Inception Deck methodology was used, which proved to be the best option for the project due to its ability to quickly respond to changes and customer requirements. Thanks to this methodology, efficient management of fixed assets was achieved, allowing for the replacement of deteriorated goods and correct inventory records. Similarly, the system allowed for the issuance of updated and historical reports, providing real-time information on the responsible or custodian of the asset. The results of the performance tests with JMeter indicated that the evaluated software met the established acceptance criteria, suggesting that the system performs well in terms of performance. | dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación se enfocó en resolver el problema de la falta de control y registro efectivo de los activos fijos en la Coordinación Zonal 3 de Salud, que generaba pérdidas económicas y conflictos administrativos. Se planteó como objetivo general el desarrollo de un sistema web utilizando la metodología Agile Inception Deck para el control de activos fijos. Para alcanzar este objetivo general, se establecieron tres objetivos específicos: investigar sobre la metodología Agile Inception Deck para sistema web de activos fijos, aplicar la metodología Agile Inception Deck en el desarrollo del sistema web/móvil para el control de activos fijos y evaluar el rendimiento del sistema web utilizando la herramienta JMeter. Para el desarrollo del sistema web se utilizó la metodología Agile Inception Deck, la cual resultó ser la mejor opción para el proyecto, por su capacidad para responder rápidamente a los cambios y requerimientos del cliente. Gracias a esta metodología, se logró una gestión eficiente de los activos fijos, permitiendo el reemplazo de bienes deteriorados y el registro correcto de existencias. Asimismo, el sistema permitió la emisión de reportes actualizados e históricos, brindando información en tiempo real sobre el responsable o custodio del bien. Los resultados de las pruebas de rendimiento con JMeter indicaron que el software evaluado cumplió con los criterios de aceptación establecidos, sugiriendo que el sistema funciona bien en términos de rendimiento.
