| Resumen : | Riobamba es un lugar que está lleno de localidades y parroquias en las que se pueden desarrollar diversas actividades turísticas, a pesar de todas las maravillas que compone la oferta de este cantón se tiene algunas limitaciones que dificulta el desarrollo del turismo. Con esta investigación se pudo identificar los factores y problemas que afectan el desarrollo de la localidad, en este caso hablamos de una limitación de promoción turística que es uno de los factores más notorios que afectan de manera negativa al turismo, estas falencias están vinculadas al desarrollo del patrimonio alimentario y turismo cultural de la zona y provocan de este modo inconformidad en los turistas y prestadores de servicios. Con el apoyo de varios recursos como ejecución del árbol de problemas y matrices tanto de operacionalización de variables y consistencia se pudo realizar indicadores y dimensiones tanto para la variable dependiente como independiente con las que se trabajó el instrumento de evaluación aplicado en la parroquia. Además, se realizó el procesamiento de los datos, la confiabilidad del instrumento por medio del alfa de Cronbach y la comprobación de hipótesis mediante de la prueba Chi-cuadrado, utilizando las aplicaciones Excel y SPSS. La investigación se divide en cinco capítulos y anexos en el que como anexo 1 tenemos el desarrollo de la propuesta que básicamente es el complemento a la investigación y que viene tomado de los resultados obtenidos en la aplicación del instrumento de evaluación y que se reflejan también en las conclusiones y recomendaciones, la propuesta busca dar una respuesta a la investigación, de este modo la propuesta planteada trata de la creación de estrategias para la promoción y difusión de la Parroquia Lican del Cantón Riobamba, mediane ello se contribuirá al incremento de la demanda turística de la zona. |
| Descripción : | Riobamba is a place with localities and parishes where it can develop various tourist activities; despite all the wonders that make up this canton's offer, some limitations hinder the development of tourism. With this research, it was possible to identify the factors and problems that affect the development of the locality; in this case, it is about a limitation of tourism promotion which is one of the most notorious factors that negatively affect tourism; these shortcomings are linked to the development of food heritage and cultural tourism in the area and thus cause dissatisfaction in tourists and service providers. With the support of various resources, such as the execution of the problem tree and matrices for the operationalization of variables and consistency, indicators, and dimensions for both the dependent and independent variables were developed for the evaluation instrument applied in the parish. In addition, the data processing, the instrument's reliability using Cronbach's alpha, and the testing of hypotheses using the Chi-square test were carried out using Excel and SPSS applications. The research is divided into five chapters and annexes; annex 1 has the development of the proposal that is the complement to the research and that is taken from the results obtained in the application of the evaluation instrument, and that is also reflected in the conclusions and recommendations, the proposal seeks to answer the research, in this way the proposed proposal deals with the creation of strategies for the promotion and diffusion of the parish of Licán of the canton of Riobamba, this will contribute to the increase of the tourist demand of the area. |
