| dc.description.abstract | La Eficacia de la Tipificación Sanguínea Inversa para Evaluar la Reacción Hemolítica Inmediata en Transfusiones de Componentes Hemáticos con Derivaciones de Subgrupos del Sistema ABO, utilizando muestras de usuarias transfundidas en el Servicio de Gineco Obstetricia y Centro Obstétrico del H.P.G.D.R. Permite identificar la presencia o ausencia de Anticuerpos Naturales del Sistema de Grupo ABO, causantes de reacciones hemolíticas inmediatas o tardías. Cada individuo posee unos determinados antígenos, los cuales se conocen mediante la ejecución de pruebas específicas como la tipificación inversa, prueba cruzada mayor, entre otras, las mismas que ayudaran a seleccionar el componente sanguíneo que tenga supervivencia aceptable en el organismo del receptor, estas pruebas en conjunto se denominan pre transfusionales. | es_ES |
